On Friday evening, February 12, four people were injured in a single vehicle accident on Interstate 94.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol the accident happened one mile east of Dawson, N.D., on I 94 near mile marker 208 shortly before 7.30 p.m.
Abigayle Hanneson, aged 22, of Minot, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer SUV east en route to Jamestown in the left lane but she drifted into the median, hit a gravel crossover and became airborne, then flipped several times and ended up in the southeast median.
The three passengers who were all from Minot were a 17 year old boy, a 7 year old boy and a 4 year old girl and theywere all injured including Hanneson. Hanneson and the two who were in the rear seat, the girl, who was ejected as she was not wearing a seat belt, and the 7 year old boy were taken to St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck. The 17 year old boy was air lifted to St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck.
